When You register to use the web site You will be required to provide certain information about yourself and your credentials that Ozmosis will independently verify through the use of its industry resources prior to accepting You as a participant in web site activities. You will also have the opportunity to add optional information about yourself and your practice. All this information will become a part of your professional profile on the web site and will be available to physicians that participate. Ozmosis will not sell or share any of the information in your profile without Your express written permission.

During Your use of the web site You and the other physician participants will have the opportunity to participate in discussion groups, post inquiries and responses, engage in real time chat sessions and engage in other professional exchanges such as user to user email. Any information submitted by You to discussion groups or other in other exchanges will be available to other physicians who are authorized users of the web site and You recognize that Ozmosis has no control over the use of that information by others. You are cautioned that in using the web site You remain governed by HIPAA and the laws and customs that are applicable to the physician/patient relationship. The policies of Ozmosis prohibit the use of any patient-identifiable data whatsoever and any disclosure of clinical or nonclinical data that is identifiable to a patient or trial participant.
